Delete Your PDFika Account

You can delete your PDFika account and all associated data directly from within the app. Follow the steps below.

How to Delete Your Account

Open the PDFika app on your device.
Tap the Settings tab (bottom navigation bar).
Tap Privacy & Security.
Scroll down and tap Delete My Account.
Verify your identity using your current sign-in method. If you use email/password, enter your password. If you use Google or Apple, complete the provider sign-in prompt.
Tap Delete Account to confirm.

⚠️ Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Please make sure you have saved any important files to your device before proceeding.

What Gets Deleted

Your account profile (name, email address)
Your app-linked premium subscription status and purchase binding records
Any cloud-synced preferences

What Is Not Affected

Files stored locally on your device — these remain until you uninstall the app or clear app data
Files you have already saved to your device's storage

Data Retention After Deletion

Upon account deletion, your personal information, app-linked subscription records, and purchase binding records are removed from our active systems. No additional retention period applies to personal data beyond what is required for security, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.

Anonymised usage records (if any) may be retained for up to 90 days for security and fraud prevention purposes, after which they are permanently deleted.
